Welcome to At Ease Mama! We’re committed to getting your essentials to you quickly, reliably, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and more.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when it ships.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
During high-demand periods (like holidays or sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
Standard Shipping – 3–7 business days – $5.95 or FREE on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days – $14.95
Priority Shipping – 1–2 business days – $24.95
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Subscription Orders
If you’re enrolled in a subscription plan (e.g., Fresh Reset or Mom Comfort kits), your orders will ship automatically every month based on your selected delivery date. Shipping times and costs follow the same structure as above.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
From time to time, certain products may be available for pre-order or temporarily backordered.
- Pre-orders ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise specified.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or your At Ease Mama account.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ateasebaby.com so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
